Forum 2004 - Festival of the Sea

The port of Barcelona will welcome the largest-ever gathering of sailing ships to take place in the Mediterranean. The craft will meet in Barcelona to take part in Forum 2004’s Festival of the Sea which will extend not only through Barcelona’s Port Vell (“Old Port”) area, but the entire sea front of the city, between June 11-14. The festival will occupy 3,000 square meters of mooring, at the ports of Barcelona, Bosch i Alsina and Espanya of Barcelona’s Port Vell.

Within the event, three days will be dedicated to special themes. June 12 will celebrate cultural diversity; June 13, sustainable development; and June 14 will promote dialogue and young people.
