The Aerobus is a shuttle service to and from the city centre to Barcelona airport. Running every fifteen minutes or so and taking 30 minutes, the service is quick and efficient and certainly cheaper than a taxi.

However, not everyone travelling to Barcelona by air arrives at Barcelona airport; although EasyJet fly direct to Barcelona, the other big choice among the no-frills airlines is Ryanair who fly to Girona and Reus.

Luckily there is a bus service from Girona and Reus airports to Barcelona and back again. Allow around 1 hr 10 mins for the journey from Girona and 1 hr 20 mins from Reus.
