    Hotel Royal is located right on the Ramblas and ideal for enjoying Barcelona by day or night. Although unexceptional to look at from outside, the 108 rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and the hotel boasts three restaurants, although with the Ramblas, Gothic quarter and El Born so close you may decide to give these a miss. Close to the top of the Ramblas, Hotel Royal has easy access to the rest of the city from the Placa Catalunya metro station.
